The process of coating optical fibers with organic silicone gel is similar to that of acrylic resin optical fibers, with the difference being the use of Wet Dry coating method: first, a graphite drawing furnace is used to heat and melt the optical rod, followed by wire drawing and UV curing. After the fiber optic cable is collected, it needs to be placed in a constant temperature heating box at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes.
